A simple annual plan should have a simple policy.
New purchases are disabled during the closed beta. Existing Proofbook subscriptions include the trial and renewal terms accepted at checkout.
Annual renewals
You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and the vault remains available through that date.
Refund requests
If an annual charge was made by mistake, request a review within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Fees for a substantially used annual term may be nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.
Access to your data
Canceling does not transfer ownership of your records. Proofbook provides controls to export structured account data, download evidence files, and permanently delete a household.
How to request help
Use the account and billing controls in your private vault or email support@getproofbook.com. Include the account email and charge date, but never send a full card number.
